Job Summary
Conduct local marketing for Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap by interacting with businesses, distributing promotional materials, and building corporate partnerships. Engage directly with clients in a hybrid salon environment, making product recommendations, maintaining sales targets, and managing tanning room cleanliness. Manage time between 20 hours of field marketing and 15-18 hours in the salon while delivering professional service and upholding company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Management or marketing experience
- Education equivalent to management or marketing experience
- Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to properly engage with all clients
- Ability to make recommendations for products and services
- Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements
