Job Summary
Promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap by interacting with local businesses, distributing promotional materials, and cultivating partnerships within your territory. Simultaneously, work in the salon environment as a Wellness Consultant, making product recommendations to clients, maintaining cleanliness of tanning rooms and common areas, and meeting minimum sales requirements. Manage time between 20 hours of field marketing and 15-18 hours in the salon while delivering professional client service. This hybrid role supports the national brands of Masonopoly, offering competitive wages, commission potential, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Management or marketing experience
- Education equivalent to management or marketing experience
- Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge
