Job Summary
Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional manner, educating customers on tanning practices, ensuring company and legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash, and completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, ability to stand/walk for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Compensation is $10-$15+ per hour base with up to 12% commission; benefits include 401K with company match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and employee discounts; training in customer service and leadership is provided.
