Job Summary
Consult in a salon to meet sales goals, educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning, handle cash and daily administrative paperwork, participate in entry-level sales and leadership training, and contribute to a team-focused, goal-driven environment. Responsibilities include meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, consulting with customers professionally, maintaining a clean and organized salon, and supporting growth and advancement within the company. Compensation is base pay with up to 12% commission (hourly range $10-$15+), plus benefits and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for up to 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
