Job Summary
Wellness Beauty Consultant needed to meet sales goals in a tanning/ skincare retail setting. Responsibilities include consulting with customers to educate on product lines, achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, handling cash, opening/closing tasks, maintaining an organized salon, completing daily administrative paperwork, and participating in customer service and product-training activities. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and have reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Compensation includes base pay of $10-$15+ per hour plus up to 12% commission; part-time schedule with opportunities for growth and advancement. Equal opportunity employer.
