Job Summary
Sales-focused Wellness Beauty Consultant role in a tanning/skincare salon. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating on tanning rules, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling, opening/closing the business, and completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Training is provided for entry-level sales and leadership tracks; opportunities for advancement and benefits are included. Requires standing for long periods, ability to lift 25 lb, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for up to 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
