Job Summary
Sell skincare and tanning products as a Wellness Beauty Consultant; meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly; consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educate customers on tanning guidelines; maintain a clean, organized salon; handle cash and daily administrative paperwork; participate in training and development programs including entry-level sales and leadership training; enjoy flexible schedules, commission-based earnings up to 12% with base pay of $10-$15+ per hour, and benefits (401K, medical/dental/vision, PTO) for full-time employees; prior high school diploma and age 18+ required; ability to stand 7+ hours, lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation; hours may include nights and weekends.
