Job Summary
Wellness Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning guidelines, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash, and completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand and move for long periods (up to 7+ hours), ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Part-time role with compensation of $10-$15+ per hour plus up to 12% commission; opportunity for advancement within a team-oriented environment. Training provided in customer service, sales, and leadership; benefits and PTO for full-time employees are noted by the employer.
