Job Summary
Wellness Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals through professional, upbeat customer consultations, educating customers on tanning guidelines, and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements. Maintains a clean, organized salon, handles cash, supports opening/closing duties, completes daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and participates in entry-level sales and leadership training. Offers generous commission opportunities (up to 12% with potential for higher earnings) and a benefits package; promotes product knowledge and customer service to drive revenue in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for up to 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends
