Wellness Associate - Part Time

Assist patients, caregivers and customers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. Manage patient records through the systems. Maintain thorough product knowledge and answer concerns promptly; refer to a dispensary healthcare practitioner or management when appropriate. Maintain knowledge of state regulatory requirements and guidelines. Provide excellent customer service to deliver a distinctive, delightful experience, including greeting, eye contact, courtesy, and confidentiality. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers and customers by anticipating needs. Follow established policies for customer service, staff/patient/visitor management, inventory, cash handling, state compliance, and safety. Complete required state mandated training. Any other tasks assigned by Management.
