Job Summary
Conduct nutrition education and consult with customers on wellness product purchases while maintaining stock rotation and merchandise displays in the Wellness Resource Center. Engage clients in learning healthy choices, coordinate in-store seminars, and manage inventory control, ordering, and returns. Operate HIPAA compliant software systems and maintain a safe, clean environment. Participate in ongoing training provided by the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Registered Dietitian. Work Sunday-Saturday, 8am-8pm, up to 29 hours weekly, with travel to other store locations for business meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and some evenings, when necessary
- Sunday-Saturday, 8am-8pm

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant wellness degree program
- At least 2 years' experience in retail or wellness operations
- Good communication and organizational skills

- Demonstrates ways to become empowered and self-responsible
- Demonstrates ability to work with consumers with diverse backgrounds

- Travel to other Chicago store locations and Cleveland for business meetings
