Wellness Associate II, Geisinger 65 Forward - Kingston, PA

Develop and oversee health and wellness programs at the facility and surrounding community, including on-site screenings, fitness classes, and evidence-based facilitation. Design new initiatives to meet population needs, monitor research developments, and create tools to evaluate program effectiveness. Provide on-site screening support, biometric assistance, and lifestyle coaching while managing databases and preparing quarterly outcome reports for stakeholders. Coordinate events, promote activities with marketing, and represent the facility at business and community gatherings. Collaborate with internal departments including Health Services, IT, and Sales to ensure competencies and training requirements are met.
