Job Summary
Connect with members on the wellness floor to build genuine relationships and help them feel comfortable using fitness equipment. Provide basic wellness guidance, recommend programs based on goals, and lead orientations like EGYM while introducing members to available resources. Motivate members to stay consistent, give tours to potential members, and keep the fitness area clean, organized, and safe by monitoring equipment and reporting issues. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow safety procedures.
