Wellness Associate (FT) North End

Provide world-class customer service in Boise Co-op’s Wellness Department, assisting shoppers in locating products and maintaining a clean, inviting department. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating products, monitoring expiration dates, maintaining organized work areas, refilling bulk items, assisting with product displays, participating in quarterly inventories, and communicating effectively with coworkers to ensure a positive shopping experience. Requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and varied schedules; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and a focus on safety and customer care in a grocery-retail environment.
