Job Summary
Caregiver/Wellness Associate role focused on enriching residents' lives through daily support, meaningful engagement, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), providing companionship, observing and reporting changes to nursing leadership, assisting with dining services and activities, and supporting residents with memory loss. CNA certification is welcomed but not required; current State Nurse’s Aide registration preferred but NOT REQUIRED. Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential; ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
