Job Summary
Wellness Associate (Caregiver) provides services and care to residents based on individual Resident Service Plans, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility), monitoring health and reporting changes, maintaining medical supply inventories, assisting with shift coverage, orienting new staff, responding to emergencies with first-aid, assisting with meals and feeding, participating in activity programs, and maintaining records and files; requires ability to perform physically demanding tasks up to 60 pounds, and Nurse’s Aide registration is preferred but not required; may require background and drug testing and may include weekends/holidays and extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Nurse’s Aide registration preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
- Experience and passion in working with seniors.

- Background, criminal, and drug tests may be required.
