Job Summary
Wellness Associate/Caregiver sought to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a senior living community. Responsibilities include assisting Residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility), monitoring health and reporting changes to Wellness Director/Manager, maintaining supplies, coordinating shift coverage, orienting new staff, responding to emergencies, aiding with unit cleanliness and organization, assisting with meals and activities, maintaining records, and participating in ongoing in-service education. Requires ability to work with seniors, perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 60 pounds), and collaborate in a team to deliver excellent customer service. Training and benefits available; weekend shifts and varying hours may apply. Current Nurse Aide registration is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Nurse’s Aide registration preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
