Job Summary
As a Wellness Associate (Caregiver), you will support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate companionship, and help maintain dignity and quality of life in a senior living and memory care community. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, reporting health changes to leadership, aiding in dining and activities, and ensuring residents are safe and comfortable. CNA certification is a plus but not required, and experience in senior living, caregiving, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication, positive attitude, dependability, and team orientation are emphasized, with potential weekend/holiday coverage. The role reports to the Wellness Director/Manager and involves contributing to resident programs, maintaining records, and supporting emergency procedures.
