Wellness Associate (Caregiver)

Provide compassionate daily living support and engagement to residents as a Wellness Associate/Caregiver in an assisted living and memory care setting. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), offering companionship, observing and reporting changes in residents’ health to leadership, assisting with dining and activities, and ensuring residents’ safety and comfort. Experience in senior living, caregiving, or customer service is preferred but not required; CNA certification is a plus but not required. Must be able to work weekends/holidays as needed and maintain positive, empathetic interactions with residents. Strong communication, teamwork, and a caring attitude are essential; position may involve physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds and assisting with mobility, with potential on-the-job training and onboarding for Wellness staff.
