Wellness Associate (Caregiver)

Caregiver roles in a senior living community providing activities of daily living support to residents. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility; monitoring residents’ health and reporting changes to the Wellness Director; maintaining medical supply inventories; assisting with shift coverage; helping orient new Wellness Associates; responding to emergencies with first aid and arranging follow-up; assisting with unit cleanliness, meals, and resident activities; maintaining records; participating in in-service education; and adhering to safety and safety procedures. Positions include part-time and full-time roles with weekend shifts and potential for long hours. May require lifting up to 60 pounds and using a Hoyer Lift. May be subject to background and drug tests and occasional scheduling changes. Benefits may include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, PTO/holidays, and 401(k).
