Wellness Associate (Caregiver)

Job Summary
Wellness Associate role providing care and services to residents in a senior living community. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility), monitoring residents' health and reporting changes to the Wellness Director/Manager, maintaining medical supplies inventory, coordinating shift coverage, orienting new staff, responding to emergencies and arranging follow-up, helping keep resident units clean and orderly, assisting with meal selection and feeding, and participating in in-service education. Requires ability to lift up to 60 pounds, potentially use a Hoyer Lift, and flexibility to work weekends with rotating shifts. Must be able to work with seniors in a positive team environment and comply with safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and passion in working with seniors.
- Current State Nurse’s Aide registration preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
