Job Summary
Caregiver/Wellness Associate role focused on enriching residents’ lives through daily living assistance, companionship, and engagement. Provides support with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), monitors residents’ well-being, reports changes to nursing leadership, assists with dining, activities, and engagement, and ensures safety and comfort. CNA certification is welcomed but not required; weekend/holiday work may be needed. Emphasizes compassionate, team-oriented care and effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
