Job Summary
Monitor and manage daily spa operations in a fast-paced environment, leading by example to foster a client-centric experience. Establish clear goals for team members and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve daily performance. Assist the Wellness Spa Director with maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, while generating sales reports, managing inventory, and controlling top-line revenue and expenses. Help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while managing labor costs. Work nights, Saturdays, and Sundays as required to provide management coverage, consistently demonstrating a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean spa, sunless, and UV equipment.
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
- Ability to perform spa, sunless, and UV cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.
- Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
- Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
- Strong leaderships skills, with the ability to coach and mentor while having knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
- Team building skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Beauty, Spa, Tanning Industry and/or Customer Service experience
