Job Summary
Wellness Advocate with Banner Health develops and delivers health promotion programs across assigned Colorado locations. Responsibilities include conducting screenings and health risk assessments, providing wellness and fitness education, leading classes and intervention programs, evaluating program effectiveness, and creating referrals and cross-selling opportunities to meet customer needs. Represents hospital services to external and internal publics, delivers educational presentations, and works independently within a defined regional scope. Preferred qualifications include bilingual skills and CPR certification. The role involves collaborating with occupational health clinics to support worker health, safety, and OSHA/DOT-related exams, with an emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and a positive patient-care culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Wellness, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition or health related field or equivalent training
