Job Summary
Greets patients warmly, recommends products and devices to meet their needs, and assists with check-in, education, and sales while dispensing cannabis according to state regulations. Serves as a brand ambassador by delivering industry-leading product knowledge and maintaining a clean, professional Medical Marijuana Treatment Center environment. Ensures consistent customer service levels through ongoing learning, utilizes available tools for promotional initiatives, and works cooperatively with supervisors and team members in a fast-paced setting. Requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
