Job Summary
Wellness Advisor embedded in the Student Wellness Hub delivers faculty-tailored holistic wellness programming, conducts wellness workshops and support groups, screens and assesses student wellbeing, and facilitates referrals to campus and community resources. The role combines mental health/wellness expertise with training program development: designing, writing, and implementing training materials; creating interactive, blended, and virtual learning experiences; and providing train-the-trainer support. Cross-collaboration with faculty, student services, and external stakeholders to promote campus wellness, support early intervention, and enhance student health outcomes. Strong writing, project management, and instructional design skills are required, with experience in developing measurable learning objectives and evaluating training impact. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a bilingual (English/French) postsecondary environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or other psychosocial field strongly preferred
- Member of the OCCOQ or other professional order related to field of study, required
- Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree 3 Years Related Experience
- Fluent English (level 4) and knowledge of French and English; ability to communicate in both languages
