Greet guests with Flanigan's "Smile Talk," escort them to tables, and manage the wait list while maintaining a cheerful, professional image. Keep the foyer, host station, and restrooms clean, restock menus, and answer telephone calls within four rings. Communicate guest concerns to the manager on duty and conclude visits with "Smile Talk." Perform shift changes, opening, and closing duties, including assigned sidework.
