Job Summary
Wellfield Construction Manager responsible for end-to-end LFGCCS construction projects, including design review, take-off development, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, client relations, and engineering coordination. Role requires up to 50% travel and supports Central to Midwest US sites with potential additional locations. Lead multiple projects, ensure adherence to industry and company standards, develop cost-effective wellfield design/construction solutions, coordinate with owners/engineers, and supervise field personnel while prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relative experience in the LFG industry
- Advanced understanding of LFGCCS design and operation (gas extraction wells, flare systems, pumps, sumps, piping)
- Experience reviewing LFGCCS design plans (design of wells, piping, flare, blower systems)
- Experience in the design and installation of liquid extraction and conveyance systems (pneumatic pumps, air, force main lines)
- Experience with PVC and HDPE piping installations
- Ability to read and interpret plan and detail drawings
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures
- Ability to follow written, oral, diagram or schedule form instructions
- Problem-solving across variables and independent work capability
- Strong written and verbal communication; good time management and planning
- Proficiency with Windows Office (Word, Excel, email)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors and in rugged terrain; up to 50% travel
- Experience coordinating procurement, subcontractors, and project budget tracking
- Leadership and project-management skills
- Safety policy adherence across teams
- Hybrid work arrangement and travel readiness
- Knowledge of CAD or engineering design software (Desirable)
- Familiarity with Federal, State, Local regulations applicable to LFGCCS construction and operations (Desirable)
- Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence
