Job Summary
Oversee operational initiatives promoting emotional, mental, financial, and logistical support to staff, focusing on preventing burnout and managing stress. Provide counseling, organize wellness sessions, foster peer support, offer counseling referrals, and deliver immediate trauma support. Activate and oversee the 24/7 HEART Behind the Healing (Care for Caregiver) program. Support the benefits team with related operational needs. Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, three years of clinical experience, and current BLS certification. Valid CA driver's license and automobile required for field work.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), MFT, LCSW, etc.)
- 3 years' experience in clinical setting, with peer support, crisis response, and training development
- Current BLS certification
- Valid CA driver's license and an automobile, with current registration and insurance, for field work
- MAB to be completed on the first day of work
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Clinical Mental Health Counseling Specialist in Trauma Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Licensed Social Worker
