Wellbeing Nurse (LPN) Part-Time

Provide individualized nursing and wellness services to residents as a part-time Wellbeing Nurse (LPN). Key duties include assessing, monitoring, and evaluating care/treatment, administering medications per physician orders or supervising CMAs, ensuring proper storage and documentation of medications, performing resident treatments and specimen collection, supervising CMAs and care managers during shifts, maintaining communication with residents and external healthcare professionals, investigating incidents, completing monthly wellness visits (vitals, assessments), and handling new move-in or post-hospital assessments as they occur. Requires adherence to Nurse Practice Act standards, accurate documentation, and coordination of care to support residents’ health and wellbeing.
