Job Summary
Manage the fitness team and oversee programming from studio classes to personal training while organizing class timetables and driving sales to meet KPI goals. Lead governance and site standards improvement, reporting to the Programme Director to implement effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals. Continually develop team performance and support staff in achieving ambitious revenue targets. This role spans management, governance, and sales within Nuffield Health's largest fitness and wellbeing centre.
Required Qualifications
- previous work as a personal or fitness trainer
- experience of managing a small or large team
- REPs Level 3 qualification
- CIMSPA Practitioner level qualification
- studio experience
- track record of driving PT revenue
- designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals
