Job Summary
Review charity-related requests for document validation and employee profile preparation, then execute committee decisions and payments. Conduct staff well-related draws, raffles, and the Umra trip program, managing vendor sourcing, data eligibility, draw setups, and visa arrangements. Prepare quarterly turnover reports and employee experience summaries to provide insights for retention. Lead staff competitions and wellbeing initiatives by coordinating cross-departmental logistics, communicating with work groups, and administering monthly draws.
Required Qualifications
- UAE Nationals
- Proven track record of working at a senior level in a business, developing and driving employee engagement strategies in a fast-moving business
- Minimum 2 years in business field in staff health and wellbeing, customer engagement, experience development and satisfaction
- Effective communicator to be successful in this role
- Communication with many employees daily
- Communication with business owners, executives and other wellness professionals to discuss health initiatives and programs
- Leadership skills at beginner level
- Interest to exercise leadership skills, to oversee wellbeing programs dispensing and arrangements
- Marketing skills to promote the wellness initiatives and encourage employee participation
- Needs to create engaging marketing collaterals
- Strategic planning at beginner level
- Interest to exercise strategic planning skills, to start exercising developing wellness programs and initiatives
- Resilience, empathy, and discretion when supporting sensitive cases
- Good understanding of human resources sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Employee Engagement, sustainability, social sciences, banking or other relevant fields
