Job Summary
Well Service Product Strategy Manager based in Houston leads the global Well Service segment strategy, defining long-term product direction, investment prioritization, and portfolio strategy across global markets. You will lead front-end strategy for current and future products and services, work with customers, regional teams, and cross-functional partners to identify market opportunities, develop business cases, and guide R&D investments that drive profitable growth and long-term market leadership. Responsibilities include owning global segment strategy, forecasting, prioritizing initiatives, building relationships with key customer stakeholders, synthesizing market research to shape the industry roadmap, and developing multi-generation product plans with emphasis on profitability and market leadership. You will influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Services, Supply Chain, Finance, Regions) to execute strategy, refine product requirements, and launch New Product Introductions (NPI). Required capabilities include deep understanding of Well Service and Hydraulic Fracturing applications, ability to build strong customer relationships, entrepreneurial product-management mindset, data-driven decision making, effective communication, and value-based selling. Summary Pay Range: $147,760.00 - $221,640.00.
