Job Summary
Senior Well Intervention Production Engineer to support maturation and execution of 10-15 well intervention activities. Will quickly understand and adhere to safety guidelines, learn processes to deliver intervention work, take ownership of maturation from framing through execution, and work with an integrated team of engineers (Production, Reservoir, Wells, Chemical, Process) and Offshore Operations to manage stakeholders. Requires 10+ years petroleum engineering experience, 5+ years in production operations in well/reservoir management, significant well intervention experience around stimulation/pumping, safety-oriented track record, proficiency with Petroleum Experts Prosper software for wellbore calculations, and ability to drive maturation in an integrated team without formal authority. Deepwater experience is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in related technical field with 10+ years of petroleum engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting production operations in a well and reservoir management capacity
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage production operations
- Significant well intervention experience specifically around stimulation/pumping activities
- Demonstrated commitment to safety with a track record of following defined safety guidelines and standards to deliver work
- Experience with Petroleum Experts Prosper software and the ability to perform wellbore calculations
- Ability to drive maturation of work in an integrated team without any formal authority
- Deepwater experience is a plus but not required
