Job Summary
Advise employees to navigate the firm's benefits and insurance programs, resolving complex claims and advocating on their behalf. Conduct virtual new hire orientations for associates and staff by developing schedules and handling follow-up benefit queries. Provide training to department colleagues on programs, the HRIS, ticketing systems, and document management. Mentor junior staff on best practices, cross-training, and operational efficiency while creating reference materials to address knowledge gaps. Support leadership with escalated matters by looping in stakeholders such as insurance carriers, technology teams, and payroll. Protect highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information. Located in the New York office with potential for a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent
- A minimum of nine (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of cumulative professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Well-Being & Benefits functions
- Display well-developed and professional presentation and Power Point skills
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to critically and independently assess proposed projects, communications, and/or solutions
