Job Summary
Manage and operate welfare facilities while overseeing contracted service providers and implementing solutions for identified issues. Plan and develop facilities based on user needs, coordinate with relevant departments for internal events, and collect user data using Excel. Handle budget management, gather user feedback, and provide initial support. Identify challenges in dynamic environments and communicate resolution plans to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- TOEIC score of 800 or above, or equivalent English proficiency
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Experience in budget and expense processing
- Proficiency in PC skills (MOS, formulas, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in contract-related tasks
- Experience in managing and operating general affairs and welfare facilities
- Business-level English proficiency (conversational and written)
- PC skills to perform data analysis and create presentation materials
