Job Summary
Welding Robot Operator on 3rd shift responsible for inspecting incoming material, operating a robotic welder, and fabricating parts using CNC machines. Responsibilities include setting and adjusting machine factors (wire feed speed, amperage, polarity, gas, weld rod), starting and monitoring the welding process, inspecting finished parts against specifications, handling part movement and cleanup, and ensuring quality and productivity standards. Requires reading blueprints, performing measurements, maintaining documentation, and adhering to safety and quality controls. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of welding experience; basic math skills and tape measure literacy are expected. Experience with robotic machinery is preferred; position is on-site in Clare, MI, on a regular full-time schedule.
