Welding Instructor

Job Summary
Instruct and demonstrate welding techniques to students; train in mig pulse spray, flux core, TIG, and other processes on aluminum and stainless steel; read welding codes, specifications and drawings; provide progress reports and conduct one-on-one and group trainings; develop and update welding instructional materials and weekly training schedules; evaluate student performance against welding procedures and coordinate with management to address training needs; maintain safe, clean classrooms and weld booths in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a weld instructor.
- Must pass multi position weld test if selected for interview.
- Must have a detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes including welding, fitting, and processing.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and internet-based applications.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
