Welding Instructor - Up to $5,000 sign on bonus

Lead hands-on training, mentor students, and support classroom safety, tool management, and curriculum delivery. Teach from pre-developed lesson plans while engaging students and adapting to different learning styles. Track attendance and grades, maintain classroom cleanliness, and manage equipment. Support new instructor onboarding, assist with curriculum updates and testing, and provide short-term tutoring. Requires high school diploma or GED, three to five years of hands-on field teaching experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
