Job Summary
Create an engaging learning environment where students flourish, fostering their passion for robotics and automation while imparting expert knowledge. Lead practical demonstrations to ensure students gain real-world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various systems. Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones aligning with industry trends. Guide and mentor students on individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions. Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment. Weekends off, paid training provided, and tuition waiver after six months.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of practical work experience in the field
- MIG, TIG, stick and flux-cored welding processes
- Oxy-acetylene torch work
- Plasma cutting
- Brazing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to teaching
