Job Summary
Deliver welding instruction to students in a center setting, maintain accurate attendance and progress records, manage classroom environment, align curriculum with industry standards, develop and update lesson plans, document student progress in CIS/eTAR, coordinate with academic departments for integrated learning, build industry partnerships for internships/work-based learning, provide accommodations and safety oversight, and participate in center/team meetings. Requires minimum two years related experience and an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred); certification/licensure in vocational trades and union/trade-certifying organization credentials preferred; valid state driver’s license recommended. Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, generate reports, and support student retention and credential attainment.
Required Qualifications

- Certification/licensure in vocational trade or equivalent
- Union or trade-certifying organization certification required by center
- Valid state driver’s license recommended
- Minimum of two years related experience
- Ability to certify/instruct welding to meet industry standards
