Job Summary
Welding Inspector in Owings Mills, MD (onsite, seasonal/full-time) conducts visual inspections of welds to verify compliance with specifications and standards, reviews welding procedures and codes, identifies defects, and maintains relationships with clients and contractors to ensure safety and quality in natural gas distribution projects. The role emphasizes field work, collaboration with a diverse team, and delivering high-quality workmanship. Requires CWI/CPWI certification, extensive field welding experience in utility environments, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Certification such as CWI or CPWI is required for this position.
- Prior welding experience in gas pipeline construction or maintenance is essential

- Enjoys working in the field and solving challenges in real-time.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record.
