Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Welding Fabricator Lead Man to oversee fabrication operations, mentor a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and optimize production efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with at least 3+ in a lead or supervisory role
- Expertise in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, etc.)
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- Proficient in using measuring devices
- Excellent knowledge of metal fabrication techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CNC cutting machines
