Job Summary
Conduct daily welding and fabrication activities interpreting AutoCAD, TEKLA, and EXCEL drawings to produce finished products within approved tolerances. Achieve 100% DIFOT by minimizing errors and reworks while completing daily machinery maintenance to support operational uptime. Interpret detailed work orders, ensure strict safety compliance, and promote teamwork to foster a positive environment focused on exceeding customer expectations. Report to the Manufacturing Manager to implement directives supporting business strategy. Full-time role with 38 hours per week plus overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand complex drawings
- Experience operating and maintaining Welding machinery
- Current Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Trade Certificate preferred but not essential
- Current Forklift License (Bonus)
- Current First Aid Certificate (Bonus)
- Demonstrated experience in working in a team environment within manufacturing
- Good communication skills
