Welder Weekend/ Night Shift

Job Summary
Welders at Veritas Steel perform FCAW & SMAW to codes and standards, including repairs and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Shop Supervisor; must meet high production demands and deliver high-quality welded work. Responsibilities include safe work practices, proper setup and preparation, use of air arc, Grove Welds, Flex Core, and Full Pin; read weld symbols/gauges, maintain tools and equipment, coordinate with shop supervisor, and adhere to safety policies. Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, work in a warehouse environment, and be able to work night and weekend shifts with a 36-hour weekly schedule (paid for 40 hours) and overtime with double time after 50 hours. High School diploma or GED and ability to read English are required; welding experience is preferred but not required.
