Job Summary
This is a hands-on welding role supporting the production team. Welding will be the primary focus, with additional duties in assembly, finishing, and paint support as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions; set up and weld components to specification (manual or semi-automatic); inspect welds and finished parts to meet quality standards; assist with assembly and finishing; support powder coat/paint operations when required; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (No weekends).
Required Qualifications
- Welding experience (MIG required; TIG a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
