Job Summary
Welder-Trainee in Miamisburg, OH. Four-week hands-on training program to learn MIG welding and parts preparation, progressing toward a Welder I role on first, second, or weekend shifts. Training covers safety, machine setup, basic welds, blueprint interpretation, and welding symbols, with ongoing coaching. After program completion, responsibilities include MIG welding of components, assembling parts, tool/material management, maintaining quality and safety, and supporting machine operation and documentation. Requires a High School diploma or GED (or equivalent), with minimal to no welding experience required and a drive to learn welding as a career. - Minimal to no welding experience required
