Job Summary
Conduct MIG welding on rebar assemblies in jigs, perform TIG and Stick welding as needed, and fabricate steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components. Read blueprints and fabrication drawings, operate grinders and cutting tools, and strictly follow QA/QC procedures and safety standards to ensure all work meets project specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. This first-shift opportunity in Orlando, FL, offers experienced welders up to $30/hour based on skill, with preferred AWS or CWI certification.
Required Qualifications
- MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum fabrication
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and safety standards
- Must be able to pass a 3G weld test prior to starting
Desired Qualifications
- TIG and Stick welding
- AWS or CWI certification
- OSHA 10
