As a Welder at Tommy Gate, you will set up welding machines, position and clamp components, perform production welding for multiple liftgate lines, repair metal parts, and maintain a clean work area. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and troubleshoot issues during the welding process. Candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, along with strong mechanical aptitude and time management skills.
