Job Summary
Welder needed at Lincoln Manufacturing Center to join a production team building high-quality products. Responsibilities include welding assemblies using fixtures and clamps, setting up and operating robotic welders, using cutting torches and grinders, performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, inspecting finished work for quality, and upholding safety for themselves and teammates. Candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules, operate relevant machinery and hand tools, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with bonus potential and a 4-day production schedule (no weekends). Selected candidates will undergo a physical, drug screen, and background check prior to hire.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules
- Experience operating machines, hand tools, tape measures and other equipment
- Knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures
- Familiarity with robotic welders and fixtures
- Able to perform preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Detail oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills
